Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This notification will be sent to the provided email address that is located under your account. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information.
During Black Friday and other releases please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The K-POW shipping department ships orders Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm est, excluding U.S. holidays.
The K-POW products can be shipped both domestically and internationally. They also ship to both APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes.
For domestic purchases please be aware that inclement weather, shipping delays, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. Please be patient and if you have questions about your tracking then reach out to K-POW customer service here.
If you are ordering internationally, please research all supplements prior to ordering this will ensure that the products ordered are legal for importation. The K-POW labels are fully transparent so you will be able to see and research each ingredient in the specific supplements. Some supplements may not be internationally regulated and you are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. K-POW is not responsible for replacing items that were seized at customs.
For international purchases please be aware that inclement weather, shipping delays, custom requirements, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. For international orders, in some cases, your country may charge additional duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees will be paid upfront on the K-POW website at time of purchase. The K-POW company does not mark up the price on shipping or any country’s custom fees. The company does not have control over these fees and is not responsible for setting the price. K-POW is not responsible for shipping delays or shipping issues once your order leaves the K-POW warehouse and is in the possession of the mail carrier. K-POW is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer then the K-POW Company is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. Before reaching out to customer service, please file any lost or damaged claims with the responsible mail carrier.
