Our products can be shipped throughout the United States and its territories as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. We ship Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm EST, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible - going out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & CUSTOMS
We do provide worldwide shipping on our products and supplements. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering as some supplements may not be internationally regulated. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Custom delays may occur depending on the country the order is going to - please be patient! RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
If within the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the product you may start the return process in our Return Portal in order to return the unopened and/or undamaged product for a full refund of the product purchase amount, minus shipping and handling charges incurred.
If within 30 days of the expected reported delivery date, you do not notify us of a problem with the receipt of your order, including but not limited to, failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damage to the container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, refunds or exchanges will not be given. ALL purchases are charged and refunded in U.S. Dollars. All returns, refunds and exchanges will also be refunded or exchanged based upon the U.S. Dollar.
