Wonder Woman Stack!
A phenomenal stack for body composition, performance, and overall health, is GRLPWR and LIT! You don’t have to take them at the same time, but try doing GRLPWR in the morning with your first meal and LIT 20-30 minutes before a workout.
On non-training days, you can take LIT in the morning or early afternoon. We like to call this combo the Wonder Woman Stack because after a few weeks you will be feeling like a superhero!
This stack includes:
- GRLPWR - As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules of GRLPWR V2 with 6-8 ounces of water, preferably with a meal. For optimal results, consume daily.
- LIT - As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take 2-4 capsules in the morning or early afternoon. Do not consume more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not use within 5-6 hours prior to sleep.
