Fenugreek Extract

Cissus Quadrangularis

Suggested Use

Here’s what we recommend for optimal results:

  • Training days - take 3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before exercise or take 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before exercise and take an additional capsule another time during the day with food
  • Non-training days - take three capsules in the morning with breakfast

It’s also important to note that we recommend cycling off GRLPWR every 2 months or so to allow your body to reset.
