Whey Protein French Toast

What You'll Need

  • ½ cup of egg whites
  • 2 slices of bread (Kam recommends Ezekial Sprouted or Dave’s Killer Bread)
  • ½ scoop of KPOW Whey Protein
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free syrup
  • Fruit of your choice
  • Dash of cinnamon, optional

How To Make Them

  1. Place the egg whites into a small mixing bowl, add Whey Protein and vanilla, and whisk them together. 
  2. Take one slice of bread and dip either side into the bowl of egg whites. 
  3. Grab a small stovetop cooking pan. Spray the pan with cooking spray. Place egg-soaked bread onto the pan and cook until golden brown.   
  4. Once the French toast is cooked, top with your favorite toppings.
  5. Bon appétit!
