Pumpkin Spice Collagen Smoothie Recipe

We have a new Pumpkin Spice Collagen Peptides Smoothie that’s perfect for the holiday. What You'll Need

  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana
  • ¾ cup of vanilla or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of pure pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 scoop of KPOW Nutrition Collagen Peptides (unflavored)
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Tablespoon of whipped cream, optional

How To Make It 

  1. Place ice cubes, banana, yogurt, pumpkin, milk, Collagen Peptides, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon into a blender.
  2. Blend all nine ingredients together until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with whipped cream.
