Supplements are everywhere these days, being shown to help everything from energy levels to sports performance. But how do you know what to take and when? Here’s a little insight on how to use a few K-POW Supplements to best reach your overall health and fitness goals.

1. Upon Waking Up

This probiotic contains 4 different strains of probiotic bacteria, a digestive enzyme blend, and 50 billion CFUs.

2. Before Eating

Omega: Our premium fish oil product that supports a healthy heart and promotes brain development is best taken with food. It contains fish oil and Omega 3 fatty acids - we recommendtaking 2 softgels one to two times daily, preferably with a meal.

3. Post-Workout
