What You'll Need
• 1 scoop KPOW Electrolytes (flavor of choice) • 2 tablespoons of gelatin (I use Jell-O, sugar-free) • 1 lemon, juiced • 1 cup of water
How To Make Them
1. Place water in a small sauce pan. Stir in gelatin. Mix until gelatin is dissolved. 2. Place sauce pan with gelatin and water mixture on top of stove. Turn on low heat and continue to stir liquid (Keep water hot, but do not boil). 3. Pour gelatin mix into a measuring cup, whisk in lemon juice, and KPOW’s Electrolytes. Stir until well combined. 4. Pour mix into silicone molds. Set molds in fridge for at least one hour (Gummies can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks). 5. Enjoy!
