Our highly anticipated Whey Protein is back, and we have the perfect recipe to match. It’s a great way to help you meet your daily protein goals and satisfy your hunger.

Consuming enough protein is essential to helping you reach your fitness goals. That’s why KPOW Nutrition created their very own Whey Protein. We blend our whey with casein protein which has a high amount of BCAAs and EAAs making it great for preventing muscle breakdown. While the whey, which also contains BCAAs and EAAs, stimulates muscle protein synthesis thus helping muscle repair and growth.

One of the reasons we chose to use a blend of whey and casein is to make cooking with our Whey Protein all the better! Since our protein contains casein, it will ensure that the waffles don't turn out dry, making them delicious!

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of KPOW Whey Protein (flavor of choice)
  • ¼ cup of monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • Toppings of choice

How To Make Them

  1. Place peanut butter, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add KPOW’s Whey Protein, monk fruit, baking powder, and sea salt into a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mix onto the waffle maker. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or according to your waffle maker’s settings.
  5. Allow cooked waffles to cool for a few minutes.
  6. Top your waffles with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
