Important note: this recipe can be made either in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oats
1 scoop of K-Pow Nutrition’s Vegan Protein Peanut Butter Banana
1/2 scoop of K-Pow Nutrition’s Collagen Peptides Cinnamon Krunch
A small bit of honey
Cinnamon to taste (if collagen isn't enough)
Instructions:
Follow directions on oats to make oatmeal. This can be prepared on the stove or in the microwave.
For stovetop bring water to boil, stir in oats, cook about five minutes over medium heat, and stir occasionally. For microwave combine water and oats in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave on high heat for two and a half to three minutes, and stir before serving.
Once the oatmeal is prepared, immediately add the K-Pow Nutrition Vegan Protein, K-Pow Nutrition Collagen Peptides, honey, and cinnamon.
Stir all ingredients together and enjoy!
