Rachel's Vegan Protein Pudding Recipe

Saturday, June 26th, is National Chocolate Pudding Day and do we have a sweet treat for all of you! The KPOW team is always on the lookout for new recipes, and we recently saw this one on KPOW Krew member Rachel Anysz’s Instagram.

Rachel's Vegan Protein Pudding recipe will satisfy any chocolate cravings you might have, all while increasing your protein intake! So, if have a sweet tooth and you’re in the mood for a tasty dessert that's guilt-free, then this recipe is a must-try!

Rachel’s Vegan Protein Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of KPOW Nutrition’s Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel 
  • 1 scoop of KPOW Nutrition’s Collagen Peptides Cinnamon Krunch
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of water (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter

Instructions:

1. Whisk the KPOW Nutrition’s Vegan Protein, cocoa powder, and KPOW Nutrition’s Collagen Peptides together in a bowl.

2. Then slowly whisk small amounts of the water, or milk, into mixture. Make sure to go slowly and whisk out any lumps that form. Continue to add liquid and whisk until it becomes a pudding-like consistency to your liking.

3. Top with a dollop of nut butter and then a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

4. Grab and spoon and enjoy!
