We have a fun kettlebell themed workout for you all today!
Kettlebells are a great way to train your full body. They work both strength and cardio for a maximal metabolic training effect. Kettlebells are core-centric which will also help train your posture, balance, and stability.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, you can also swap and use a dumbbell instead.

Block 1
Goblet Squat x 10
KB Deadlift Hinge x 10
Kettlebell swings x 20
Block 2
Rear Lunge Racked to Press x 10 on each side
Halo to side lunge Alternating x 20 total
Single leg deadlift Row/Pull x 10 on each side
Block 3
High Pull KB handle hold x 10
Half get-up x 5 on each side
Russian Twists x 20 total
Repeat each Block 2x’s with 1 minute rest between each set.
