MCT Salted Caramel Chocolate Candies

Happy World Chocolate Day!

I love chocolate candies, but I know buying them at the grocery store may not be the healthiest option for me. So, we have created our own MCT inspired chocolate candies that will satisfy your chocolate cravings as well as keep you on track with your healthy lifestyle.

We added KPOW Nutrition’s MCT Powder Medium Chain Triglycerides to the recipe to increase energy levels, elevate mental focus, and support ketosis. MCT Powder also has the added benefits of gut health and digestion.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups of macadamia nuts (dry roasted, salted)
  • 2 tablespoons of MCT Powder Medium Chain Triglycerides (Salted Caramel flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (measure solid, then melted)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of powdered monk fruit

How To Make It 

1. Grab a food processor, or blender, and pulse the macadamia nuts until they are broken into small pieces.
  1. Add the MCT, melted coconut oil, and vanilla to the nuts. Continue to puree until nut butter forms.
  2. Gradually, add the cocoa powder and monk fruit while continuing to puree until smooth.
  3. Line a mini muffin pan with mini cupcake liners. Spoon batter evenly into liners, filling to the top.
  4. Place pan in freezer for 30 mins, until the candies appear solid. Enjoy!

This recipe makes one tray of candies.
