MCT Salted Caramel Oats

Using K-POW Nutrition's Salted Caramel MCT Powder, Jessica was able to take a traditional oatmeal style dish to the next level! Jessica's Salted Caramel Oats recipe was just too delicious to pass up. Best of all.. with just a few simple ingredients you can make this recipe at home in minutes!

What You'll Need

  • ½ cup of oats
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 scoop of K-POW Nutrition MCT Salted Caramel
  • ¼ of a banana 
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • ½ tablespoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • ½ tablespoon of chocolate chips (optional)

How To Make It

  1. Combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, KPOW MCT (Salted Caramel), banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover your bowl and store in your fridge overnight. 
  3. Top with a half tablespoon of chocolate chips for a real dessert.
  4. Bon appétit!
