  • 40 second right side plank
  • 40 second left side plank

Day 26

  • 40 leg raises
  • 35 v-crunches
  • 35 flutter kicks
  • 45 second elbow plank

Day 27

  • 45 single leg drops
  • 45 roll-ups
  • 45 ankle reaches
  • 45 criss cross
  • 40 second right side plank
  • 40 second left side plank
