Congratulations! You made it to the final week of the KPOW Spring Workout Challenge!


Since this is our final week, we are going to add a little extra incentive. Tag KPOW Instagram (@kpownutritioneach day this week and the winner will be the KPOW Krew Member for May. 

The winner will also receive a giveaway Kleanse! The winner will be announced Tuesday, May 3rd.

The reps have increased. Do them all for one big superset or break them up into two or three sets of work. Have fun and thank you to everyone who joined us throughout this journey!

  • 50 alternate leg lunges

  • 40 plank shoulder taps



Day 34

  • 60 second jump squats

25 triceps push-ups





Day 35

  • 60 flutter kicks

  • 25 side plank dips

  • 60 knee to opposite elbow
