How To Make It 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix oats, egg white, and water in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into a bowl. Add Vegan Protein and 1 teaspoon of stevia blend with a whisk until thick like pancake batter consistency.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a small nonstick pan that’s about 4.5 inches across. Sprinkle the top of the batter with two-thirds of the cinnamon and the remaining teaspoon of stevia.
  5. Pour the rest of the batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
  6. Pull a knife through the batter a few times to slightly mix the stevia and cinnamon.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Once done baking, let cake cool off for a few minutes before serving.
