Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel Baked Oatmeal

What You'll Need

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup of rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1 scoop of K-POW Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fruit or nut toppings (as desired)

How To Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a ramekin, or oven-safe pan, with cooking spray.
  2. In a blender combine oats, KPOW Vegan Protein, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt for one minute until smooth. 
  3. Transfer batter into prepared baking dish. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Test baked oatmeal has completely cooked by using a toothpick. Insert into center of oatmeal and check to see if it comes out clean. 
  4. Allow dish to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving or adding toppings. 
  5. Once cooled add toppings of your choice and enjoy!

This recipe makes one baked oatmeal.
