Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel Brownie Recipe

December 8th is National Brownie Day, and we have a delicious K-POW inspired  recipe to satisfy those chocolate cravings using our very own Chocolate Caramel Vegan Protein. K-POW Vegan Protein is optimal for workout recovery, performance, and overall health. What You'll Need

  • 2 medium bananas, ripe
  • 1 scoop of K-POW Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¼ cup of applesauce, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips, divided (dairy-free)

How To Make It

  1. Place bananas into mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. 
  2. Add KPOW Nutrition’s Vegan Protein, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and apple sauce stir until ingredients are well blended. 
  3. Add two tablespoons of chocolate chips and mix well. 
  4. Pour batter into a well-greased brownie or bread pan.
  5. Top with remaining chocolate chips. 
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. 
  7. Remove from oven after baking and allow to cool. Check that brownies are cooked thoroughly by doing the toothpick test.
